Common questions about move out cleaning
Short answers about price, RUT, what is included, preparation and the difference from deep cleaning.
What does move out cleaning cost in Stockholm?
What does move out cleaning cost in Stockholm?
Many cleaning companies offer move out cleaning at an hourly rate, which makes it hard to know the final cost before the work is done. At Fullservice you instead get a fixed price based on your floor area and any extras.
That means you know exactly what the move out clean costs before you book. You avoid unexpected costs and can feel confident that the price is set from the start.
Fixed price after RUT deduction

Why choose a fixed price?
With a fixed price you know what the move out clean costs before the work starts. You do not have to wonder how many hours the work takes or whether the final price will be higher than you expected.
The price is based on your home size and the services you choose. That gives clear, fair pricing focused on a careful result and an approved move out clean.
What affects the price?
The price depends mainly on your floor area and the extras you choose.
Common factors include:
- the size of the home
- balcony or outdoor space
- extra window cleaning
- oven, fridge or freezer cleaning beyond what is included
- other extras added at booking
Cleaning materials and equipment are always included.
How to compare correctly
When you compare cleaning companies it is important to compare the final price and what is actually included in the service.
Always check that:
- the price is shown after the RUT deduction
- cleaning materials and equipment are included
- travel is included
- the price is fixed before booking
- you see the final price before you confirm your booking
- a guarantee is included after the move out clean
At Fullservice a 5 day guarantee is included. You always see your fixed price directly in booking by entering your floor area before you confirm.
