What is included in our home cleaning?
Our home cleaning is tailored to your home and your needs. Below you can see the tasks that are normally included at each visit.
- Dusting of open surfaces, window sills and accessible furniture
- Dusting of door handles, light switches and other touch points
- Vacuuming of floors, rugs, skirting boards and accessible areas
- Vacuuming of sofas
- Damp mopping of floors where the flooring allows
- Cleaning of mirrors and other glass surfaces (not windows)
- Emptying of waste bins and small amounts of household waste
- Cleaning of sink and worktops
- Cleaning of cooker and splashback behind the cooker
- Exterior cleaning of fridge, dishwasher and other appliances
- Interior and exterior cleaning of microwave
- Wiping of kitchen cabinet doors and handles
- Emptying of kitchen waste
- Cleaning of toilet, washbasin and taps
- Cleaning of shower, shower screens and bathtub
- Descaling and removal of normal build-up
- Wiping of bathroom cabinets and other accessible surfaces

To maintain high quality and clear pricing, the following services are not included in our standard home cleaning:
- Washing dishes and kitchen utensils (can be added as an add-on when booking)
- Window cleaning (can be booked as an add-on)
- Removal of waste from the home
We are happy to empty waste bins and household waste into the property's regular bins when available. We do not take waste away from the home for disposal.
The following services are also not included:
- Cleaning after renovation or construction work
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning surfaces that cannot be reached without a ladder or special equipment
- Interior cleaning of fridge, freezer, oven or cupboards (can be booked separately)
- Cleaning of floor drains, traps or ventilation systems
- Removal of very stubborn stains, paint, glue or similar specialist cleaning
- Cleaning of air vents and ventilation hatches
