What is included in our stairwell cleaning?
We help housing associations in Stockholm with regular stairwell cleaning and cleaning of common areas.
The aim is for stairwells and entrances to always feel clean, safe and well maintained for both residents and visitors.
Cleaning is adapted to your property and can include stairwells, entrance, lift, laundry room and other common areas.

The basic package covers the stairwell, entrance, lift, laundry room and common room according to the task list above. The following are not included in standard stairwell cleaning:

- Window cleaning in entrance and stairwell (booked as a separate service)
- Deep cleaning of stairwells and common areas (booked as a separate service)
- Cleaning of bicycle rooms, basements and storage (can be agreed beyond the basic package)
- Removal of waste from the property
We empty waste bins in common areas into the property's regular bins when available. We do not remove waste from the property for disposal.
The following services are also not included:
- Garden maintenance and snow removal (booked as separate services)
- Handyman work and assembly (booked separately)
- Cleaning after renovation or construction work
- Moving heavy items or furniture in common areas
- Cleaning surfaces that cannot be reached without a ladder or special equipment
